Refunds: 

Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be shifted to a later date. For the balance amount, the below cancellation fees will be applicable.

Cancellation Penalties: We understand the unexpected can happen and choosing to cancel your vacation is never an easy decision. For that reason, we are providing you with a chart of estimated cancellation penalties:

• Less than 72 hours or No Show - No Refund

• 06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival- 90% of the Tour

• 30 - 07 days prior to arrival - 75% of the Tour

• 60 - 31 days prior to arrival - 40% of the Tour

• If you purchased travel insurnace with us the terms of your travel insurance will be executed as outlined in the agreement and superceeds the terms outlined above
